Caryn Reinhart

Vocational Counselor and Operations Manager

Caryn Reinhart has been an integral part of Coughlin Vocational Counseling since 2022, serving as both Operations Manager and Vocational Counselor. With an extensive professional background in vocational rehabilitation, finance, and healthcare, Ms. Reinhart brings unmatched expertise to her role.
Her experience encompasses Vocational Evaluations and Plan Development, including Transferrable Skills Analyses, Job Analyses, Labor Market Research, FCE Report Evaluations, and Job Development. She is dedicated to ensuring the most successful outcomes for clients by monitoring vocational plans with precision and care. Ms. Reinhart developed a proprietary Job Placement Program exclusively for Coughlin Vocational Counseling. This innovative program is individually tailored to meet the needs of each injured worker, exemplifying her personalized approach.

Her efforts have successfully placed numerous individuals into the labor market upon completion of their training. Recognized for her efficiency, organization, and exceptional client relations, Ms. Reinhart’s manner is greatly appreciated by clients and colleagues alike. Karla Rangel, BS

Karla Rangel is our bilingual vocational counselor and case manager. She has been with Coughlin Vocational Counseling since September of 2024. Ms. Rangel has a Bachelors of Science in Sports Medicine and is an Alumni of the University of Nevada, Reno. Ms. Rangel enjoys skiing and kickball in her spare time.

Katie Westendorf, BA

​Katie Westendorf is a Certified Paralegal with extensive experience in civil litigation, receiverships, family law, and medical malpractice. Over the course of her career, she has worked closely with attorneys, judges, and court-appointed officers, providing high-level legal and administrative support. Katie holds a Certified Paralegal Certificate from NALA, a General Litigation Specialty Certificate from the University of San Diego, and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Nevada-Reno. She is known for her expertise in legal document preparation, case management, and court procedures across various state and federal jurisdictions.
​Katie also has extensive knowledge and aptitude for transactional responsibilities including managing accounts, financial records, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciling accounts. She is proficient in QuickBooks and other accounting software. Katie takes pride in her commitment to continuous learning, strong organizational skills, positive work culture, and efficient work product."

We specialize in providing professional vocational evaluations and reports.  We also provide a full range of vocational rehabilitation counseling services to insurance carriers, hospitals, and individuals in need of career counseling, guidance and placement services.

Carly Coughlin has a Masters Degree in Vocational Rehabilitation counseling and is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor.
