Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor
Carly Coughlin, MS, CRC has been a practicing Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor and Case Manager since 2000. Ms. Coughlin is the current President of the IARP [International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals], Nevada Chapter. Ms. Coughlin is a member of the following professional organizations:

Ms. Coughlin is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and has a Masters Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling.
Coughlin Vocational Counseling provides vocational rehabilitation counseling and assessment to individuals with physical, mental and psychiatric disabilities. Ms. Coughlin specializes in vocational evaluation and planning services for injured workers, insurance carriers, governmental agencies, law firms, workers compensation, and employers. Ms. Coughlin has testified in Social Security hearings and has been accepted as a vocational expert by members of the following State Bar Associations:
Nevada, Missouri, California, Arizona, Florida, Virginia, Maryland, Washington, and Wisconsin.

Ms. Coughlin is a member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP). She currently serves on the State of Nevada International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP) Board. Ms. Coughlin graduated with Honors from the University of Nevada, Reno with a BS in Psychology. Ms. Coughlin worked in community mental health counseling clinics as both counselor and a supervisor during her practicum at Portland State University, graduating with Honors. Ms. Coughlin has a Masters Degree in Rehabilitation Counselling from Portland State University. Ms. Coughlin has provided transitional vocational counseling services to Veterans at the Department of Veterans Affairs in Vancouver, WA.
